This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made through this website.
1. Standard policy
Unless otherwise stated during booking, guests may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before check-in.
2. Late cancellations
For cancellations made within 7 days before check-in, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, especially if the dates are successfully rebooked.
3. No-shows
If a guest does not arrive and has not cancelled in accordance with the policy, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
4. Refund method
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider and bank.
5. Exceptional circumstances
In exceptional cases, we may choose to offer more flexible handling, but this remains at our discretion unless required by law.
