Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made through the CasaNilva website.

1. Standard cancellation policy

Guests may cancel a booking for a full refund up to 7 full days before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in

If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, the booking is non-refundable.

3. No-shows

If a guest does not arrive for check-in and has not cancelled in accordance with this policy, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking where possible. Processing times may vary depending on Stripe, the card issuer and the guest’s bank.

5. Technical issues or availability conflicts

In the unlikely event that a confirmed booking cannot be honored due to a technical problem, payment issue or availability conflict, we reserve the right to cancel the affected booking and provide an appropriate refund.

6. Exceptional circumstances

Any exception to this Cancellation Policy is at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
